Introduction to Jinfeng Laboratory
Jinfeng Laboratory was established in response to the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing Double City Economic Circle, and is the "No. 1 Project" of the Western (Chongqing) Science City. Jinfeng Laboratory is a strategic scientific and technological force in Chongqing to build a "416" layout of scientific and technological innovation and highland of life and health science and technology. The laboratory takes "next-generation diagnosis of major diseases" as its core task, and takes original theoretical innovation and breakthroughs in the fundamental theory of “bottleneck” technologies as its top priority goal. It deploys research platforms, gathers talents from all over the world, builds a research matrix, conducts organized research, and accelerates the construction of an open, hub-type, and platform-type scientific and technological innovation hub to strive to open up new race tracks for the development of future diagnostic and therapeutic industries. The laboratory covers an area of 128 acres and has a building area of 135,000 square meters. It is equipped with a 300,000 square meter high-end talent housing project and a 1,100-acre Fengqi Lake Park. The laboratory has a strong academic atmosphere, well equipped research conditions, and comprehensive supporting services.
Responsibilities
-Responsible for the recruitment of high-level scientific and technological talents;
-Responsible for expanding recruitment channels for scientific and technological talents from home and abroad;
-Achieve the annual performance targets for the recruitment of high-level scientific and technological talents by the Laboratory;
-Complete other tasks assigned by the Laboratory.
Requirements
-Majored in Human Resource Management or related fields;
-Possess more than 10 years of experience in human resources in renowned universities, scientific research institutions, or medical institutions in the field of life health and related areas;
-Have knowledge of international talent mobility trends, be familiar with talent policies, and possess abundant industry resources and connection channels;
-Have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent coordination, communication skills, and stress resilience, with outstanding past performance in talent recruitment;
-Possess a pioneering mindset and innovative spirit, capable of continuously expanding recruitment channels and innovating recruitment methods;
-Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.
Salary Treatment
-Starting at 400,000 yuan per year (before tax).
