3. other requirements

1. when the purchaser uses the products and services provided by the quoter within the territory of the people's republic of china, he shall be protected from lawsuits filed by third parties for infringement of his patent and intellectual property rights. if a third party raises an infringement allegation, the dealer shall bear all legal liability and expenses arising from this;

2. the supplier participating in the quotation must meet all terms in the announcement, otherwise his quotation will be rejected;

3. the quotation is a comprehensive shuttle price, including but not limited to freight, tax, accessories, labor fees and other items related expenses;
