(I) Introduction to the head of the project team

Wang Hongxia, professor, winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, a distinguished professor at Fudan University and Shanghai Jiaotong University, a doctoral supervisor, and the chief of the National Key R&D Program. He has been engaged in oncology clinical and research for more than 20 years and has rich experience in basic and clinical translational research. He has long been committed to basic and clinical translational research on recurrent metastatic tumors. The relevant research results were published in a series of journals such as Lancet, Cell Res, Cancer Discov, Nat Cell Biol, Sci Transl Med, PNAS, Sci Adv, Cancer Res and others in a series of journals such as Lancet, Cell Res, and Cancer Res. He has obtained 20 national patents and 1 PCT patent, and has initiated and presided over a number of domestic and international multi-center clinical trials. As the project leader, the National Key R&D Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the National Natural Science Foundation of China's Outstanding Young Scientist in Oncology, Key Projects, etc. He has successively won the China Youth Female Scientist Award, the National Women's Model of Contributions, the National March 8 Red Flag Bearer, the China Oncology Youth Scientist Award, the Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leader, the Shanghai Medical Tree Award, the Shanghai Medical Craftsman, the Shanghai March 8 Red Flag Bearer, the Shanghai Pujiang Talent, the Shanghai Youth Job Technical Expert, and the Shanghai Medicine Xinglin Talent Award.

(II) Research direction of the research group: major basic and clinical scientific issues such as neurological diseases combined with emotional disorders and cerebral hemorrhage, etc.

The research team has long been committed to basic and clinical translational research on recurrent metastatic tumors, and the research directions include:

1. Remodeling of cancer cells and microenvironment;

2. Signal transmission in tumor recurrence and metastasis;

3. Transformation research on bioimmunotherapy (TCRT, TIL, oncolytic virus and tumor vaccine, etc.);

4. Research and development of new drugs and preparations targeting the dry tumor and immune microenvironment.

Job requirements and application requirements

(1) Senior/General Researcher (2-3 people)

1. Work content: Assist and guide postdoctoral fellows to carry out projects, write articles, apply for projects, etc.

2. Application requirements:

(1) Have obtained a doctorate degree in basic medicine, clinical medicine, life sciences, immunology, bioinformatics, big data and artificial intelligence, and the age is no more than 40 years old.

(2) There are no less than 2 original works, of which at least 1 is a JCR District 1 paper; or 1 JCR District 1 paper and the impact factor is greater than 8 points.

(3) Have rich scientific research experience and independent exploration spirit, have high academic level and strong sense of responsibility, organizational coordination and leadership skills.

(2) Postdoctoral fellows (1-2 people)

1. Work content: Be able to carry out independent research on projects, carry out experiments, write articles, apply for projects, etc. under the guidance of the project leader.

(1) Have obtained or are about to obtain a PhD in related majors such as basic medicine, clinical medicine, life sciences, immunology, bioinformatics, big data and artificial intelligence, and the age is generally no more than 35 years old.

(2) Have a broad scientific vision, have a keen insight into the cutting-edge scientific research, be down-to-earth and willing to work hard, and have a spirit of professionalism and innovation.

(III) Scientific research assistant (1-2 people)

1. Work content: Assist the project manager in carrying out projects, writing articles, applying for projects, etc.

2. Application requirements:

(1) Have obtained or are about to obtain a PhD in related majors such as basic medicine, clinical medicine, life sciences, immunology, bioinformatics, big data and artificial intelligence, and the age is generally no more than 35 years old;

(2) Those who have published SCI papers above District 2 as the first author in academic journals in relevant fields are preferred (including acceptance);

(3) Those with independent leading topics are preferred;

(4) Those who have good Chinese and English expression and writing skills and can complete the article independently are preferred;

(5) Love scientific research, have a sense of responsibility, and have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit.
