Guo Shuliang, chief physician, second-level professor, doctoral/postdoctoral supervisor. The first batch of outstanding national physicians, young and middle-aged experts who have made outstanding contributions to the National Health Commission, experts from the State Council’s special government allowances, Ministry of Education Ho Ying-dong Education and Teaching Award, National May 1st Labor Award, China Physician Award, China Outstanding Respiratory Physician Award, and the head of the national first-class course "Respiratory Diseases". Visiting professor at the Chest Hospital of Heidelberg University in Germany and Visiting professor at the University of Florence, Italy. Standing member of the Respiratory Physicians Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and Vice Chairman of the Tuberculosis Branch of the Chinese Medical Association. He presided over 2 major national science and technology projects, 2 National Natural Science Foundation of China, and published more than 250 papers, including 108 SCI, with the highest impact factor of 71 in a single article. He won 5 science and technology awards including the second prize of Chongqing Science and Technology Progress Award.

Research direction of the research group

Respiratory chronic diseases and individualized intelligent diagnosis and treatment:

(1) Research on the common mechanisms of chronic respiratory diseases and common diseases, key diagnosis and treatment technologies and transformation.

(2) Research on the repair mechanism and intervention of airway damage.

Job requirements and application requirements

(1) Postdoctoral fellow (several)

1. Work content:

(1) Carry out scientific research under the guidance of the leader of the research group, complete scientific research tasks related to the research project, and write and publish high-level papers.

(2) Assist in applying for national and municipal projects or as the person in charge to apply for postdoctoral science funds, national natural science funds, etc.

(3) Assist in guiding the research work of the research assistant of the research group.

(4) Complete other work arranged by the research group leader or the center.

2. Application requirements:

(1) The applicant has good political qualities and abides by laws and regulations.

(2) Have obtained or are about to obtain a PhD in related majors such as basic medicine, clinical medicine, life sciences, immunology, bioinformatics, big data and artificial intelligence, and the age is generally no more than 35 years old.

(3) Have good English literature reading and scientific research writing skills.

3. Work location: Chongqing and Guangdong Pathology Research Center (full-time), and other situations can be discussed again.

(II) Scientific research assistant (2 people)

1. Work content: Assist in scientific research projects and complete experiments arranged by the leader of the research team (molecular biology, cell biology, animal models, big data, artificial intelligence, etc.).

2. Application requirements:

(1) Have a master's degree or above in basic medicine, clinical medicine, biology (candidates with doctoral degrees are preferred, and those who meet one of the following requirements are preferred: ① Proficient in experimental animal model operation; ② Fully master the experimental technology of molecular biology; ③ Proficient in multiomic analysis and bioinformatics analysis).

(2) The age is generally not over 40 years old.

(3) Familiar with medical laboratory management and solid basic theoretical knowledge of medical experimental instruments and equipment.

(4) Have the scientific research level that adapts to your job and the ability to organize and effectively carry out related work.

(5) Be able to perform project management responsibilities well.

(6) Do things seriously and rigorously, have a strong sense of responsibility, are good at communication, and have a sense of service and teamwork spirit.
