conference essay contest

in view of the areas covered by the conference (basic research on stem cells, clinical transformation, ethical norms and other related fields), this conference solicited abstracts of papers. this abstract will be included in the conference paper abstract collection. summary needs to be uploaded through the conference website, and the deadline for collection is september 10, 2025 (inclusive).

abstract format: including title, author name, unit, city, abstract content, keywords, corresponding author contact information, etc. the word count of each abstract is controlled within 600 words, both in chinese and english.

poster exchange

the content of the poster should comply with the academic theme of the conference. please use the poster template provided by the conference website (data download office), make it in a unified format and upload it, and print it and post it by the conference organizing committee. the deadline for the collection of wall posters is september 10, 2025 (inclusive). in order to encourage participants to actively participate in the exchange, this conference has an oral forum for posters and excellent posters selection:

(1) oral poster forum: contributors can voluntarily choose whether to participate in the forum. the screened poster, whose author representative (only for students and postdoctoral fellows) can do two minutes of flash talk, telling the main research content and results. after evaluation by the forum judges, the top three can receive oral reports from the six sub-venues (youth forum), which lasts 10 minutes. the oral forum for posters is from 8:30-10:00 on october 10, 2025. the time of the sub-venue six (youth forum) is from 8:30-12:00 on october 12, 2025.

(2) poster selection: a total of 20 outstanding posters are selected, and the judges are members of the stem cell branch and will be announced at the closing ceremony. excellent posters can obtain rmb 500 and excellent posters certificates.

note: those who submit summary and posters must pay the meeting registration fee before september 10, 2025 (inclusive). those who fail to pay the registration fee on time will not be included or posted in the summary of the paper and poster submitted.

3. any delegates who have paid the fees cannot attend the meeting for some reason may submit a written application to the conference before september 10, 2025 (inclusive), and the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the 200 yuan handling fee. there will be no refunds after september 10, 2025.
