introduction
jinfeng laboratory came into being with the construction of the chengdu-chongqing twin-city economic circle. it is the first "chongqing laboratory" in our city's "416" scientific and technological innovation layout. the laboratory takes "next generation diagnosis of major diseases" as its core mission, and takes original theoretical innovation and "stuck neck" technical basic theoretical breakthroughs as its primary goals. it lays out a scientific research platform, gathers talents from all over the world, builds a scientific research matrix, and carries out organized scientific research. accelerate the creation of an open, hub-type, and platform-type scientific and technological innovation center, and strive to open up a new track for the development of the future diagnosis and treatment industry. the laboratory covers an area of 128 acres, with a construction area of 135,000 m², supporting construction of 300,000 m² of high-end talent housing and 1,100 acres of fengqi lake park. the laboratory has a strong academic atmosphere, complete scientific research conditions, and complete supporting services. it is not only a stage for displaying talents, innovation and entrepreneurship, but also a platform for climbing to new heights and realizing dreams.

he yonghong, pi of jinfeng laboratory, director of the optical detection and imaging laboratory of shenzhen international graduate school of tsinghua university, researcher, and doctoral supervisor. he has been engaged in interdisciplinary scientific research on biomedical optical methods, technologies, applications and instruments for many years. he has presided over more than 30 projects including the national natural science foundation, national science and technology plans, provincial and municipal science and technology plans, and corporate science and technology development. he has successively carried out digital intelligence of medical microscopic images. chemical, optical coherence chromatography (oct) technology, optical weak measurement non-labeled biomolecule interaction sensing, high-throughput biochip analysis technology and other research work.
research direction of the research group
based on smart pathology, we carry out research and development of medical optical intelligent pathology equipment and research on pathological image analysis algorithms (including classification, segmentation, detection, registration, generation, multi-example learning, multi-modal pathology large models, etc.).
job requirements and application conditions
(1) algorithm engineer (2-3 people)
1. work content:
(1) participate in the research and development of automatic analysis algorithms for medical images, and encourage the publication of high-quality image processing papers, etc.;
(2) carry out research and development work in deep learning and other related fields;
(3) responsible for building deep learning frameworks, including algorithm and system development for machine learning, image processing, etc.
2. application conditions:
(1) computer-related majors, master's degree or above, those with a doctoral degree are preferred;
(2) proficient or familiar with deep learning related algorithms;
(3) have strong programming skills and be proficient in the pytorch deep learning framework;
(4) have experience in computer vision, image processing, and deep learning algorithm implementation;
(5) priority will be given to those with relevant development experience in the field of digital pathology;
(6) priority will be given to those with experience in pathological image algorithm development;
(7) applicants with papers in top international conference journals on medical image processing, computer vision, and machine learning will be given priority;
(8) have product-oriented thinking, teamwork spirit, and the execution ability to transform scientific research results into products.
3. work location: jinfeng laboratory (full-time).
(2) pathological image annotation engineer (1-2 people)
1. work content:
(1) work closely with pathology experts and algorithm teams to accurately label various cells, tissues and diseased areas in pathological images based on professional knowledge and annotation standards, and provide timely feedback on image quality and data issues discovered during the annotation process;
(2) participate in the optimization of the annotation process and the construction of the quality control system, and continuously improve the annotation efficiency and annotation quality.
2. application conditions:
(1) professional background in medicine, biology, biomedical engineering, college degree or above;
(2) have solid basic medical knowledge, be familiar with the basic characteristics of pathological images and common lesion types, and be able to accurately identify cells and tissue morphology in pathological images, especially the distinction between tumor and non-tumor cells;
(3) be proficient in using qupath software and office software, have certain computer operation capabilities and data processing capabilities, and be able to quickly adapt to new work environments and task requirements;
(4) work conscientiously and meticulously, have a strong sense of responsibility, have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, and be able to actively cooperate with the team to solve various problems while completing annotation tasks efficiently;
(5) applicants with experience in pathological image annotation or internship in related fields will be given priority.
3. work location: jinfeng laboratory (full-time or part-time).
