suppliers should send the quotation list and related attachments (which must be stamped with the official seal and scanned in color) in an encrypted compressed package to the contact email address 1277745322@qq.com before the inquiry deadline. those who have not quoted before the inquiry deadline will be deemed as automatically give up.

the decompression password of the compressed package will be sent to the contact email address 1277745322@qq.com within 30 minutes after the inquiry deadline. if the decompression password is not sent within 30 minutes, it will be deemed as automatic abandonment.

the relevant attachments are as follows:

(1) a copy of the business license or other certification documents for the organization;

(2) a copy of the id card of the legal representative or person in charge of the unincorporated organization;

5. other requirements

(1) acceptance and delivery

1) quantity acceptance

the supplier must deliver the goods in the quantity specified in the contract, with the delivery note (including variety, weight, etc.) confirmed by both parties at the purchaser's residence or at the delivery location designated by the purchaser. the actual quantity received is subject to final confirmation on site.

2) quality acceptance

the purchaser shall conduct acceptance inspection according to the technical standards of the original manufacturer. if on-site installation is required, door-to-door installation services must be provided.

3) delivery time

delivery time: specifically, the goods will be delivered within [30] days from the date of receipt of the purchaser’s supply notification.

(2) after-sales service

1) the supplier provides free after-sales service to the laboratory according to the installation and after-sales service requirements in the winning design requirements.

2) if during the implementation process, a supplementary agreement or contract needs to be signed due to separate requirements by the laboratory, the cost will be settled through negotiation between both parties.

3) both parties modify the contents of the contract without the consent of the other party, and the other party will not recognize it.

4) the supplier guarantees that when equipment fails, it will respond within 8 hours after receiving technical service requests from the laboratory via phone calls, faxes, letters and emails, and respond within 24 hours for on-site maintenance.

(3) warranty period

product serial numbers 1-29 and 33-35 are guaranteed for 3 years from the date of product acceptance.

(4) time and method for raising objections to goods

if the purchaser has objections to the quantity, model, specification, variety, etc. of the delivery after acceptance according to the original manufacturer's technical standards, the supplier shall resolve the objection within one working day from the date the purchaser raises the objection. the supplier shall bear the responsibility for the replacement of the disputed goods and bear all costs incurred thereby.

(5) payment settlement

the purchaser shall pay [100]% of the purchase price to the supplier within [30] days after the installation and acceptance of the goods provided by the supplier.
