1.Job responsibilities

(1) Carry out scientific research under the guidance of the research group, complete the research tasks related to the subject, write and publish high-level papers;

(2) Assist in applying for National Natural Science Foundation and municipal projects or apply for postdoctoral science fund as the person in charge;

(3) Assist and guide the research work of the research assistant of the research group;

(4) Complete other work arranged by PI or laboratory.

2.Job requirements

(1) The applicant has good political quality and moral cultivation, law-abiding, no bad record;

(2) have received (no more than 3 years after graduation) or will receive a doctoral degree at home or abroad;

(3) Major in life science, Basic Medicine, Clinical Medicine, Biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, Immunology, materials chemistry, analytical chemistry, laboratory science, molecular biology, systems biology, computer science and other related majors;

(4) not more than 35 years old, with excellent quality and academic performance, physical and mental health, with e a broad scientific vision, a keen insight into the frontier of scientific research,  with dedication to innovation;

(5) Have strong research ability, have achieved good research results during the doctoral period, published more than 2 high-level papers as the first or corresponding author in internationally renowned academic journals and academic conferences;

(6) Good English literature reading and writing skills.

3.Main Services & Supports

(1) salary treatment

annual salary of 200,000-500,000 yuan (before tax).

▲ Full-time postdocs who are approved for the laboratory postdoctoral orientation training program will receive training subsidies during the support period on the basis of annual overall payment of basic salary and supporting subsidy. The total amount issued each year during the support period is 400,000-700,000 yuan (before tax). Among them: basic salary of 200,000-500,000 yuan (according to the salary standard at the time of entry), post-doctoral supporting subsidy of 100,000 yuan, training subsidy of 100,000 yuan.

▲ Postdocs recommended by the laboratory to be included in the "Chongqing Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Plan" can be allocated support funds by the laboratory. The total amount of support issued each year during the support period is 600-900,000 yuan (before tax). Among them: basic salary 200,000-500,000 yuan, post-doctoral supporting subsidy 100,000 yuan, training subsidies 300,000 yuan.

(2) Other Services and Supports

Laboratory assists talents to actively apply for various national and municipal talent plans (projects) and the "Golden Phoenix" talent support policies of the Western (Chongqing) Science City, and provides corresponding support measures in areas such as security of housing, children's education, salary incentives, and health services.
