in order to implement the spirit of the "guiding opinions of the general office of the state council on accelerating the innovative development of medical education" (guobanfa [2020] no. 34), gradually improve the management level of domestic pathology department directors, and enhance the level of pathology department construction across the country. the "national pathology director capacity improvement training course (second phase)" sponsored by the chinese medical doctor association and co-organized by the pathologist branch of the chinese medical doctor association, jinfeng laboratory and other units will be held in jinfeng from september 12 to 15, 2024. feng laboratory was held.

this training course to improve the ability of pathology department directors invited 17 high-level experts including professor bian xiuwu, academician of the chinese academy of sciences and director of the pathology department of the first affiliated hospital of army medical university, and professor ding yanqing, director of the pathology teaching and research office of southern medical university, to give lectures. design a series of courses related to national medical system reform and discipline development, discipline development history and prospects, discipline construction and ability improvement, professional level and influence improvement, quality control, and talent training, with a view to improving the discipline through three days of continuing education and training. the management level of the director will be promoted through batch training to promote the overall development level of pathology departments in my country and provide better services to patients across the country. at present, nearly 30 directors of pathology departments from all over the country have signed up to participate. after the training and passing the assessment, a training certificate from the chinese medical doctor association will be issued.
